Attention BMHS Parents and Athletes:
This summer, North Pointe is sponsoring a school athletic physicals for the low cost of $25.00. All schools are welcome to participate but must make a reservation. Please call 815-525-4410 and reserve your appointment.
All incoming 9th and 11th grade students interested in athletic participation will need an updated physical. Students with a school physicals dated before April 1st, 2008 will not be accepted for the 2009-10 school year. Also, any student who does not have an updated physical will not be allowed to participate in practice or games. No exceptions.
Appointments dates are as follows:
Wednesday, June 24th 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Thursday, June 25th 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday, July 15th 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday, July 16th 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday, July 30th 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
