Last Day Revisited

I am Looking at Thursday August 6th. Instead of an intersquad meet have Time Trials and a Pot Luck. I would like to do this in the evening Start at 6:30 for the swims. I would like this to be a family event. Maybe start food at 6:00pm. We would use the north picnic area by the concession stand. I would reserve it for our function. Kids would sign up for the their events. Swimmers could swim any event(s) of their choosing. Please give me feed back. Thanks
