Lady Tide at Conference

The Tide had a good meet Saturday at the UW Nat.
There were many life-time bests.
Notables:
Madeline Frankline: 100 Fly 1:06.25 and 200 Free 2:09., Both swims are ranked 8th all-time Purple Tide.


Sectionals are Saturday at Greenfield High School.

Middle Boys Tide

Middle School Boys Swimming has started. If you are still interested feel free to contact Coach Vogel or DeKok ASAP.
Practice is Monday - Friday from 6:00-7:30pm.


So far practice has been great and the team is looking good.

Lady Tide at Middleton

The Tide swam at Middleton last night and had a very good meet with lots of life-time best swims.
This was a good tune up meet for conference which will be a week from Saturday at University of Wisconsin Natatorium.


Madeline Franklin led the way in the 100 Fly with a top 10 all-time swim of 1:07.45.

The Purple Tide will be having a pre-season Parents and swimmers meeting November 1st in Coach Vogel's Classroom A112 at 6pm. Pizza, Drink and Desert will be include.
Team Handbooks, meet the coaches and other team expectations for this season will be addressed at this meeting.

Lady Tide swims Verona

The Lady Tide had an outstanding meet against Verona Tonight.
The Tide was led by its 1st Place 400 Free Relay of Cherrelle Phon, Madeline Franklin, Haliegh Thomas, and Margo Grover.
Margo also swam the 6th fastest 200 free in school history.
There were many major improvements including Maggie Locke's 17 sec. drop in the 500 free.


Great Job Ladies.

Middle Tide Boys Starts Monday 6pm

Yes it is time to Defend the Title!!
Beloit Middle Tide starts this Monday October 18th at 6pm.
High School Natatorium.
Coach DeKok and Detling are looking foward to another GREAT SEASON.

Good Meet for Lady Tide.

The Lady Tide swam at Madison Memorial tonight.
Margo Grover(11) won the 50 Free.
Madeline Franklin(10), swam a 5:57.33 in the 500.
Diane Meason(9) won the 100 Back in 1:09.34 to move into the top 10 all time for the Lady Tide.
Again the Tide had a lot of very good swims tonight.

Tide Hangs Tough with West

The Lady Tide swam at Beloit College Friday night. The Ladies had many outstanding swims.
Margo Grover 2nd in the 50 free with a 25.8, 1st in the 100.
Madeline Franklin 3rd it the 50 with a 27.11
Lynndse Hassenfelt 1st in the JV 500 6:18 new JV Record.


The 400 Free Relay of Cherrelle Phon, Franklin, Haligh Thomas and Grover brought home the Gold with a 4:00.9, the 7th fastest time in school history.
