June 14th and 15th the Beloit Aquatic Team will be hosting an Invitational in our pool.
As always we run the concessions and other things associated with our pool, ie. electronic timing.
Last December we made a considerable profit with our concessions during the meet the BAT's hosted.
This meet though two days will not be an all day and evening affair as in December, I also realize it is graduation season. So any time or talent that could give would be awesome.
We will need parents to run concessions, monies made in the TIDE concessions are used for all of our swim programs K-12. So if you would give a couple hours of your time that weekend it would be awesome.
Remember we are a TEAM and we want to put out the Red Carpet for all of the swimmers that come from out of town to see how GREAT Beloit really is.
My thought is we would do a lot of grilling (brats, burgers, hotdogs) and use the patio (weather permitting), set up tables on patio and canopies for the concession workers.
