BIG8 Conference Week Practice

For Taper to Work:
1. REST, REST, REST!!!!!!
2. Budget your Time
3. Keep a Good Routine
    A) Keep the same bed time, even on the weekends.
    B) Make sure you keep your school work current
    C) Tell your friends that you will see them in after February 10th
    D) Focus on making the little things better. It's the little things that make the biggest difference.
4. TEAM, hold each other accountable. Help and Support each other. Remember we are Family.


Monday
3:45 Goal Setting
4:00-6:00 Practice

Tuesday
4:00-6:00 Need Help with the EAST-TIDE meet. This includes JV swimmers and Girls Swim Team.
6:00-7:30 Varsity Practice (Buffering Tuesday)

Wednesday
3:45-5:30 Swim
5:30-6:00 YOGA

Thursday
3:45-6:00 Swim

Friday
3:45-5:00 Swim
5:00pm Senior Team Picture with Girls Swim Seniors
5:10pm Dye Hair
6:00 Team Dinner Food from Anna Maria's

Saturday
10:25am Be at Pool
Warm-up TBA
Meet 1:00
Over Approximately 4:00
Team Meeting following cleanup
