TIDE WOMEN down East

The TIDE JV and Varsity both beat Madison East last night at Beloit College..
Varsity score 95-75
JV 120-23

Cece Cardenas led way winning both the 200 IM and 500 free. Beloit's other 1st was by Maggie Gianvecchio 100 Free. The 400 free relay of Cardenas, Lindsey Hassenfelt, Gianvecchio, Kallie Oldenburg was also victorious.

Again the TIDE was strong in both the IM and 500. Finishing 1,3,and 4th. With Caroline Locke 3rd and Jackie Townsend.
Maggie Locke finishing 3rd and Hassenfelt 4th in the 500.

Our philosophy of all of our swimmers training to be IM'ers and 500 freestylers payes off in meets like this. Swimmers are more versital, develops great depth, and they don't get stale.

The TIDE women's next meet is next Friday at Madison LaFallotte.

GO TIDE!!!
