Marshall won the first 3 races of the night, before Amya Bessel and Claire Santas finished first and second in the 50 freestyle. At the break the score was tied between East and Marshall. After Marshall took 1st in the 50 Butterfly, East won 4 straight races to seal the deal. Beloit also had superior depth in all of the events having many swimmers in the top four place finishes.
