Varsity practice 6:00am start
If your on time you are late.
I'll be there by 5:45am
After school 3:45-6:00
Pack an extra lunch.
Same schedule all week.
Bring athletic shoes for morning workouts.
Insanity Tuesday & Thursday.
Lift Wednesday & Friday if we don't have Yoga.
After this Monday we will lift.
